This course goes beyond the annual Standards of Conduct training which focuses on rote memorization of rules which may or may not have daily application.

Instead, utilizing the Best Practices of dynamic private sector companies, participants will learn how to incorporate their own high ethical standards into real workplace situations, eliciting buy-in from employees, colleagues and supervisors to forge heightened job performance, teamwork and morale.
