This session will explore the challenges of managing in our constitutional system of government. The frame for the program will be the prism of the 3 Ps - Policy, Personalities and Politics. The goal of the session is to help participants better understand how to navigate the government’s complex environment of clashing policy priorities, competing stakeholder interests and personality driven decision making.
