On January 20, 2017 a new President will be inaugurated and a new batch of Political Appointees and their staffs will begin their term in office. Are our Federal Executives ready for this transition?

This one day course can help career managers and executives get ready for the new Administration. While this course will include a Constitutional discussion of how and why this transfer of power takes place, the main focus is a practicum for how career executives can prepare for this momentous change.
